Featuring Redington's lattice-style porting and a large arbor design, the Ace keeps things easy to work with while also being able to quickly wrangle fast fish. Available in line weights starting at a 3-4 model and ending with a 9-10, the Ace Spare Spool has you covered for anything from a week on the West Branch to a long trip to Andros.
Design
Large Arbor Design - Made with a large arbor build, the Ace Spare Spool holds all of the backing you need while also boasting impressive line retrieval. This spool is made with a new lattice-style porting that keeps things lightweight and durable while allowing your backing to dry quickly should your reel take a dunk.

Warranty
Redington Warranty - As of November 2024, Redington's Ace Spool and Reel is covered by a lifetime warranty. This no-frills warranty covers your reel against things like defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, fire, theft/loss, modification, intentional damage, or any incidental damage.
