Orvis' Warranty – As of June 2026, Orvis' Ratio fly reels are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a reel is found to have a manufacturing defect, Orvis will repair it at no charge. For routine repairs, maintenance, or damage not related to manufacturing defects, Orvis offers individual reel service for a standard $30 handling fee plus the cost of any replacement parts required, not to exceed $50 without prior customer approval. All repairs are evaluated individually by Orvis technicians to determine warranty eligibility, ensuring long-term support throughout the life of the reel.
