Description
The Hatch Splash Camo Tempest 2 Plier is Hatch's larger plier in the limited 2026 Splash Camo finish, a Blue Camo Splatter anodize with Light Blue paint fill. The splatter process is random, so no two pliers look exactly the same.
Hatch built the Tempest 2 bigger than the Nomad 2 for rigging big leaders and handling toothy fish. Tungsten carbide cutters sit in a side-cutting position for reliable cuts through every fishing line material, and gripping grooves on the jaw tips hold knot tag ends while you rig.

Why We Like It
The Tempest 2 is the plier for heavy saltwater leaders and toothy fish, where the Nomad 2 runs out of size. The side-cutting carbide cutters make reliable cuts in mono, fluorocarbon and braid.
The Splash Camo run is small. Hatch does not restock a custom color once it sells out.
