Medium-Fast Blank Design - The Stream-Flex blank is built around a medium-fast action that Greys describes as the ideal blend of response and versatility. That is the part that matters on the water: enough recovery to turn over a dry dropper rig or a small streamer, and enough give through the middle to protect light tippet when a good fish takes at short range.

Howard Croston Refined Actions - Every taper in the series was refined by Howard Croston and optimised for feel, control and accuracy. Practically, this is why the nine rods in the range read as genuinely different tools rather than the same blank in different lengths. The 7ft 3wt is a small stream pocket picker for tight pools and overhangs, the 9ft 5wt is an all-around dry fly rod versatile enough for small streamers and hopper dropper rigs, and the 10ft models cross over into soft hackle and light Euro style work. The blank is finished in bronze.

Graphite Travel Tube - Each Stream-Flex ships in a graphite travel tube for durable protection in transport and storage, so the rod survives the truck bed and the overhead bin just as well as it survives the river.

Warranty

Greys offers a lifetime warranty on their rod series. To be eligible you must register your rod within 60 days of ownership. The warranty requires a fee to process, and it covers the repair or replacement, at Greys' discretion, of your rod for damage or broken and defective sections.
