Greys Pace Spare Spool

The Greys Pace Spare Spool is the cheapest way to double what your Pace reel can do. Carrying a second spool means a sink tip is a thirty second change on the bank rather than a reason to walk back to the truck, and it costs a fraction of buying a second reel. Each spool matches its corresponding Pace Fly Reel size exactly, sharing the same large-arbour, narrow-profile design and generous porting as the reel it drops into.

Design

The spare spool carries the same large-arbour geometry and narrow spool profile as the Pace reel, so line pickup speed and the anti-stacking behaviour are unchanged whichever spool you have mounted. The porting that keeps the reel light and quick-drying carries over as well.

Materials

Built to the same die-cast specification as the Pace reel spool it replaces, so fit and balance are identical to the original.

Arbor Size

Large Arbour - Fast line pickup and reduced line memory, matching the host reel.

Warranty

Greys fly reels are backed by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship. Registered reels are covered for five years from the date of original purchase, and registration must be completed with Greys within 60 days of purchase. Unregistered products are covered by a statutory 12 month warranty.
