Description

Built for anglers who move fast and cover ground, the Korkers Chrome Lite Wading Boots deliver sneaker-like comfort with real wading-boot support. They solve a common problem with light boots, they feel great on day one but break down and get sloppy in rough rivers. Chrome Lite stays nimble and light underfoot, while adding tough protection, fast drainage, and dependable traction for long days on slick rock.

Features

Featherweight, low-profile build: Designed with the feel of a high-end athletic sneaker, so you stay quick on your feet without giving up wading-boot stability.

Kling-On Rock outsole: Korkers’ proprietary rubber outsole grips on wet and dry surfaces, helping you stay planted when the riverbed is greasy and uneven.

Xtra-Bite cleat compatibility: Add optional carbide screw-in cleats when you need extra bite on slick, hard-bottom rivers and polished rocks.

BOA M4 Fit System with Sequence lacing: Dial in a secure, even fit in seconds, then fine-tune on the fly as your feet swell or conditions change.

Exo-Tec 360-degree protection: Molded, abrasion-resistant coverage shields high-wear zones from rocks, gravel, and boat ramps without turning the boot into a stiff brick.

Hydrophobic, quick-drying materials: The boot sheds water and dries fast between sessions, helping reduce unwanted transfer between fisheries.

Internal drainage channels with midsole ports: Water exits quickly, so the boots do not carry extra weight after a deep crossing.

Stretch wrap cuff: Adds comfort at the ankle and improves mobility for stepping, scrambling, and changing direction in current.

Uses

Chrome Lite is built for anglers who mix hiking and wading in the same day, from trail-to-river transitions to long stretches of bank walking. The low-profile design stays agile on uneven trails, then the outsole grips when you drop into boulder fields and greasy, bowling-ball rocks. In faster current, the supportive feel and secure BOA fit help prevent foot roll when you are bracing on one leg or side-stepping through seams. It is also a strong choice for guide days and travel, since it drains fast after repeated crossings and dries quicker between locations.

Fit / Sizing

The Chrome Lite fits like a modern performance boot, secure and dialed in, with the BOA system letting you lock your heel and fine-tune pressure across the foot. It is offered in whole sizes from 8 to 15 and is designed to pair with wader booties. If you are between sizes, or you wear thicker neoprene booties and prefer extra toe room, sizing up is the safer call. At 2.6 lbs per pair with an 8.5-inch height, it helps cut leg fatigue on long walk-ins and full-day wades while still providing enough coverage for support and protection.

5 stars on comfort and

"5 stars on comfort and ease of getting on and off. Nice and lightweight too. Not like the other work boot style wading boots I've tried in the past. Clingon soles grip quite well ( I did slip on a rock and got soaked but feel like it was my fault not the boots) These will be my go to's from here on out though. Fantastic stuff."
