Graphite - Douglas’ ERA is built with a graphite blank. This blank has a fast action that gives a very smooth cast, especially for its pricepoint budget. And while this rod makes for consistently smooth casting, its lightweight construction and low swing weight also ensure that long days are anything but tough. 

The ERA series has a clean grey-colored graphite with contrasting white thread wraps. Not only does this color look clean when you’re casting it, but it gives a color scheme that breaks away from other more budget-friendly options. 

Reel Seat

As of July 2022, Douglas covers their ERA series of rods under their lifetime warranty. This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original rod owner and offers a no-fault full replacement for the cost of $35 per damaged section.
