"I bought this fly for largemouth bass in Texas. I’ve had some luck in still water with clouser minnows before, but nothing like this. It was hard to keep this fly in the water. I’d cast, strip once or twice and be hooked up with a bass. Little heavier than a clouser but not something you can’t accommodate for with the cast. Ran it on a 5wt Redington rod. Made for a great Saturday."
