Points cannot be earned or applied retroactively, please don't ask us. There are other limitations on rewards that may not be explicitly listed here, including, but not limited to, the number of times certain rewards can be earned, and the time between earning rewards. Every part of this rewards program is subject to change, for any reason, at any time without notice. Points have no cash value. Travel purchases are not eligible for points and we may manually adjust your account if needed to reflect this.

Points are linked to your e-mail address. If you use multiple email addresses, your points will go into multiple accounts. We will not adjust your account for this and we recommend using the e-mail address you use most often and check regularly.  You can earn points without an account, but you must have an account to use points. Further, if you unsubscribe from any of our e-mails or mark them as spam, it may limit your ability to participate in the program.

Points expire after 6 months of inactivity. That means if you don't buy anything for 6 months, your points will be forfeit. We will not give them back for any reason.

Points (and the rewards program in general) are designed to be used on the website without additional support and assistance. If you are unable to use the self-service portal, exclusively, this will likely limit your ability to take advantage of the program. We may, at our discretion, remove any person, any e-mail address, any transaction, or any points, from the program for any reason.

Points/coupons/redemptions may not be used on all products. This especially includes anything used.
