Can I use rewards over the phone?

No. Points, and the rewards program in general, are designed to be used on the website without additional support and assistance. Our team is not trained to help you with the rewards program and any assistance will be offered on a best-effort basis only.

Can I combine rewards with other offers or coupons?

No. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers. This includes other rewards coupons. You can combine rewards with gift cards, such as those from our trade-in program.

Can I use rewards on used gear?

No. Due to the nature of our used tackle, rewards cannot be applied. Additionally, there may be other restrictions.

Can I use multiple rewards coupons on a single purchase?

No. Unfortunately, it's a limitation of our system at this time. We will *NOT* combine rewards over the phone or via e-mail. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

Do points or rewards expire?

Yes. Your points will expire after 6 months without a purchase. If you'd like to keep your rewards active, all you need to do is make a purchase at tridentflyfishing.com

Can I transfer points or rewards to another account or to someone else? No. Rewards can not be transferred to other emails or accounts.

What happens to my points/rewards if I return a purchase?

Rewards will automatically return to the original coupon code after a return is made. Please keep the e-mail you received with your code so that you do not have to contact us in the event of a return.

Are there any exclusions or limitations to the program?

Yes. See above. There may also be exclusions/limitations that are not stated here, or anywhere.

How do I redeem my points/rewards?
