Hareline Woolly Bugger Marabou is the marabou you want when tailing smaller streamers and, of course, Woolly Buggers. It is short and very full. Because it is so full and fluffy, you only need one feather for most applications. This not only makes it easier to tie good-looking buggers but also a lot quicker.

Patterns and Tying Techniques - These feathers are typically used for tails on Woolly Buggers and similar flies. They can also be used for bigger nymphs like damselflies and large attractor patterns. Another use for these feathers is for a wing on smaller flies or to cover a joint in articulated flies.
