"I borrowed my buddies switch/spay rod to go to pyramid Lake. While practicing just a couple days before the trip, I broke the tip. I got a hold of echo repairs and they shipped the new tip three day air to me at a very reasonable cost. Their customer service is excellent and the rod performs great. Really nice rod for the money. I’m going to buy one myself just because of the warranty and the service I received. Five stars"
