1. Are you open during COVID-19?

Yes!! Our current operating status can be viewed here: https://www.tridentflyfishing.com/current-status. Please note that many orders will experience some sort of delay due to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee ship dates or arrival dates at this time.

 

2. When will the item that I want be back in stock?

We reorder products very often and the best thing that you can do is simply come back and check the website. For smaller items (like fly tying materials), typically we restock every 10 days. For sale items, items often come in sporadically and unpredictably, but as long as the product is still listed on our website, it's worth checking back every 4-5 days to see if it's available. You can also e-mail us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to let you know when we think an item will come back in stock. 

Unfortunately, as much as we would love to, our system is not set up to e-mail you when an item is back in stock at this time.

 

3. Can you give me a deal? Is there an additional discount if I buy more than one?

While it never hurts to ask, our sales team cannot give you any additional discounts over the phone. This includes sale items, used gear, special order items, etc. Please remember that our prices include our Castability Guarantee, FREE shipping over $49 and no sales tax on most orders, and complimentary world-class rigging. 4. My coupon isn't working...

Here are some quick tips that will help you take advantage of all of our great sales.

 

  1. Log in to your account - Most of our coupons require you to log into your account in order to use them. If you don't have an account, you can create one here.
  2. Be sure you meet all requirements - Many of our coupons will only apply to specific products, exclude certain brands, exclude sale items, or have a dollar amount threshold. Please read the fine print to be certain that you meet all of the requirements.
  3. Coupons can't be stacked - If you're trying to use multiple coupons, in most cases you'll only be able to use one per order.
  4. Coupon has already been used - Some of our coupons have a limited number of uses. If you've already used a coupon in the past, you may not be able to use it again.

 

5. Where’s my stuff?

The best way to get updates on your order is by creating an account before placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we'll e-mail you a tracking number you’ll be able to track it. If you haven't received a tracking number and 2-3 business days have passed since placing your order, please check your spam folder as sometimes our e-mails get blocked.

 

6. When will my order arrive?

When you checkout, our system should automatically give you an estimated arrival date for your order. For economy shipping, this is usually about a week from when you placed the order. Please note that we do not work or ship on the weekends. Due to COVID-19, it may take longer a few days longer than you were quoted.

 

7. Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

In order to bring you the best selection at the lowest prices, Trident sources its products from many, many sources. As such, we cannot guarantee ship dates for your order.  We do, however, guarantee that your order will arrive within the quoted timeframe (about a week for free economy shipping). If your order ships late, we will do our best to automatically upgrade your shipping to ensure that it arrives on time. Please note that many orders will experience some sort of delay due to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee ship dates or arrival dates at this time.

 

Going on a trip? We recommend using one of our expedited shipping options to ensure that your order arrives in time.

 

8. I never got an e-mail confirming my order.

Unfortunately, some of our e-mails get blocked by spam filters. Please check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find your order confirmation, we recommend contacting us at [email protected] to confirm that your order was received.

 

9. How much does shipping cost to…. ?

We offer FREE economy shipping to all locations in the United States and FREE international shipping on some orders. For an expedited shipping quote, or a quote to a country outside the US, you will get a shipping quote upon checkout. 

 

10. Can you send me pricing for... or can you send me a quote?

Unfortunately, our system does not have a way to e-mail you a custom quote. You can receive a quote instantly by adding items to your shopping cart.
