Proprietary StratoTherm Resin - T&T’s proprietary StratoTherm tech produces rods that are accurate and lively. The blank of the Contact is a light and responsive blend of multi-modulus graphite and T&T’s proprietary resins. The result is ultimate sensitivity for all nymphing applications. These rods are the perfect combination of power and delicacy. The blank is finished with a natural finish and colored in a stealth grey.

Titanium-Frame Ceramic Stripping Guides - The titanium-frame ceramic stripping guide on the Contact is rigid and durable. This stripping guide allows anglers to fire off effortless casts and wrangle large fish with ease.
RECoil Snake Guides - RECoil snake guides are similar to regular snake guides but rebound when bent or crushed. These guides reduce overall rod weight and minimize damage to the guides when dropped or dinged.
Reel Seat
Black Ash Burl w/Uplocking or Downlocking Component - The Contact has a beautiful black ash burl reel seat spacer with a lightweight aluminum uplocking or downlocking component (angler chooses). The reel seat adds to the rod’s incredibly low swing weight and stellar construction. The uplocking/downlocking component safely holds down any freshwater reel and is corrosion resistant.
Rod Tube
Aluminum Rod Tube - The Contact comes in a blue powder-coated aluminum rod tube that protects the rod during travel and transportation. These tubes are durable and include a T&T rod sock for increased fly rod protection.
Warranty
T&T Lifetime Warranty - As of July 2019, T&T offers an original owner lifetime warranty against breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship. Rods must be registered with T&T within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover lost sections or lost rods, normal wear and tear, neglect or intentional breakage. T&T will also repair rods for a $55 service fee provided they’re registered to the original owner.
