"Awesome for the surf fishing I do - light, flexible and able to be stowed behind my back for fighting a fish"
"Better than other baskets I’ve used. Takes a sec to install the spikes. Make sure to cut the connector part off as close to the spike as possible, otherwise the head of the spike won’t sit flush to the underside of the basket, and will catch line. Once you’ve put the peg thru the hole, pull it hard to make sure it sits flush."
"I fly fish for strippers from my Hobie Pro Angler and without a stripping basket the line gets tangled in the pedal drive hole. I still take out the pedal drive while I am standing and casting. The small size makes it very east to transport and use. I did not try placing it the floor of my kayak over the pedal drive hole but that would likely work great as well."
