Description

The original Ross Cimarron reel was introduced in the 1980’s, and quickly became a hallmark of the Ross brand. We’ve come a long way since that era in our history, and we felt it’s now better than ever to introduce a reel with the same name to honor this timeless classic.

The Cimarron opens up the gateway into the Ross Reel family. At a $295 price point, this reel provides a high quality drag system based on our renowned Animas reel, anodized frame and spool, premium textured cerakote drag knob for easy adjustments and durability against any drops and dinks.

Ross Reels has brought back the Cimarron fly reel, a USA-made freshwater reel that features some nice technology upgrades with classic Ross aesthetics. The new Cimarron is the most budget-friendly reel in Ross’ lineup, which will undoubtedly grow their customer base in these times of ever-increasing prices.
