Taking inspiration from the famous San Juan Worm Fly, Theos Bead Head San Juan Worm Fly picks up right where the original left off. A great imitation for both aquatic and terrestrial worms, Theos Bead Head San Juan Worm Fly has a ribbed red chenille tail and abdomen, a bead in the thorax, and is finished with a contrasting head. Designed to sink a little better than the original, this fly will get deep in the water quickly, and its two-tone appearance and inherent movement is sure to turn heads.

Theos Bead Head San Juan Worm Fly is a fly that can be fished any day of the year and is especially effective after a rainstorm whenever the water’s dirty and earthworms have been forced into waterways. This fly can be fished on a tight line or underneath of an indicator, and it makes a great point fly in a multi-nymph rig.
