Design

Large Arbor Saltwater Design - Sage went the more-classic route to the Enforcer’s size in that it’s not massive yet still provides excellent line pickup as a result of its narrow construction. The Enforcer Spare Spool is a lightweight reel that holds an ample amount of backing and remains durable no matter what the day calls for. 

Finish
Hard Anodized - Sage’s Enforcer Spare Spool has a Hard Anodization that remains durable while coming in a range of matted colors. This Hard Anodized finish works to prevent corrosion after long days in the salt while protecting the surface of the reel from things like random drops and windy days when the sand is flying through the air. The Enforcer Spare Spool comes in a few different colors, so whether you prefer something more traditional like a Matte Stealth or want something a little more colorful like their Tempest Blue option (ya know, the perfect color to complement Sage’s new Salt R8), the Enforcer has a choice that will make you smile. 

Materials
Fully machined 6061-T6 aerospace grade aluminum - The Enforcer was designed as a reel that can be used for years to come, and Sage crafted their Spare Spools out of a high-quality Fully machined 6061-T6 aerospace grade aluminum. This aircraft-grade aluminum is super light in hand yet doesn’t sacrifice durability. This material provides an excellent balance between being purpose-driven and maintaining solid performance. 

Arbor Size
Large Arbor - Since this reel was designed for chasing some of the toughest fish on the planet, Sage makes the spool in a Large Arbor design. Beginning with their 7-8 weight model, you get a reel with all of the space you need to pack it with backing and provide solid line pickup, and each bump in size only further increases your backing capacity and pickup speed. 

Warranty
Sage Warranty - As of January 2023, Sage’s Enforcer Spare Spools are covered by their original owner warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of your reel, and whether your reel is replaced or repaired will be decided at Sage’s discretion. The warranty on the Enforcer does not cover things like theft, customization, damage done by fire, or intentional damage, nor does it cover consequential, indirect, direct, or any incidental damage caused by the use of the product. In situations where the warranty doesn’t apply to your reel’s issue, Sage will charge a $50 fee for repair.
