Lite Brite Perdigon Fly

The Perdigon is a well-known Euro nymphing fly. Its slim profile and incredibly fast sink rates make it a superb fly to use in a variety of deepwater trout fishing scenarios. These flies aren’t tied to specifically imitate any individual insect, instead, they’re a great small mayfly attractor pattern when you can’t figure out what fish are feeding on. This particular version is tied by Devin Olsen and features a Krystal Flash body that enhances the attention-grabbing characteristics of the fly. Ideal for tough rivers from the US west to New Zealand and beyond, this tiny attractor nymph truly fools fish above its weight class. This fly is available in a variety of colors and a few different sizes to help you pinpoint which color/size works best in your own respective fishery. No avid Euro or tight line angler should have a box without a variety of these flies!
