Part Clouser Fly, part Kreelex, a whole lot of flashy appeal, Chuck Kraft’s Kreelex Minnow Streamer Fly is a bold streamer pattern that’s hard for fish to ignore. Chuck originally designed the Kreelex Minnow as a streamer to catch trout, but it wasn’t long before this fly was used to catch other fish like bass, panfish, and even some saltwater species. Tied with a body entirely of Kreelex, this fly shines bright in the water, has just enough movement, and mimics the shape of most baitfish, while the addition of a heavy set of eyes gives a jigging motion when retrieved.
