Greys’ entry-level rod series, GR60 rods, are lightweight and versatile to accommodate a variety of casting strokes, fishing techniques, and angler preferences. These are great rods for anglers just getting into the sport of fly fishing and offer fine performance at a price-point that’s tough to beat. Greys makes these rods from a 3wt all the way through to an 8wt rod and in single-handed and switch rod models.
TOREON Nano Composite Technology - TOREON Tech makes these rods lighter and stronger than standard carbon fiber rods. The blanks of these rods are versatile and caster-friendly to cater to a wide range of angling styles and preferences. Greys built this series to be an entry-level rod series and the rod blanks reflect that.
Classic Stripping Guides - The stripping guides on this rod are simple and functional. These guides accommodate a variety of fly lines and help anglers fish a variety of flies from streamers to dry flies. The stripping guides are durable and will hold up to years of wear-and-tear.
Classic Single-Foot Guides - The GR60 rods feature simple single foot guides that are built for practicality. These guides minimize line friction throughout the length of the rod and allow anglers to cast farther and maintain a useful connection from fly line to fly.
Two-Tone Anodized Aluminum Reel Seat - The GR60 has a two-tone black anodized aluminum reel seat. This reel seat features a classic aesthetic while remaining functional and durable. These rods come with a double uplocking component to anchor any freshwater reel in place during your time on the water.
Protective Rod Tube - The GR60 Streamflex rods come in a protective rod tube to protect the rod during travel and transportation. These rod tubes are functional and practical so you never have to worry about damaging your rod in the car, on the plane, or while it’s stored on the boat.
Greys Rod Warranty - Once you have registered your Greys fly rod, you’re entitled to take part in the Greys Rod Warranty and Repair Service for the lifetime of the product. This includes repair or replacement of damaged, broken, or defective sections of your rod in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Greys warranty.
