Designed by Art Flick as an adult March Brown imitation, Flicks March Brown Dry Fly is an excellent choice whenever the naturals are hatching. A significant mayfly hatch whether you’re on the east coast or west coast, the March Browns are often one of the first large mayfly hatches of the year and they give great dry fly opportunities. Tied with mallard wings, a tan dubbed body, and a grizzly and brown hackle, Flicks March Brown Dry Fly was designed to match the naturals and rides high on the water, making it perfect for fishing riffles and choppier sections of the stream.
Flicks March Brown Dry Fly is a fly made to match March Browns so it’s not the best searching pattern, however, it does a great job at matching both Grey Foxes and March Browns. A fly that you should carry from the beginning of spring through the start of summer, the Flicks March Brown Dry Fly catches fish whether you’re on a large river or small stream.
Due to the handmade nature of this product, the product you receive may vary from the photos. Please note that flies that are not individually packaged are not returnable.
