Enrico Puglisi’s Invader Brush is a brush made from a blend of EP Fibers, EP Silky Fibers,  EP UV Thunderstruck Sparkle, and Natural Materials. With a 10 inch length, 2.5-inch or 4.5-inch width, and a stainless steel wire core, this material is extremely durable. Another advantage of this material is that it doesn’t absorb any water, so it winds up being very easy to cast. Something that makes some colors of Invader Brush unique is the property of having a different color on the inner core than on the outside of it. This property makes this material great for making collars. This is due to the natural guard hairs used in this material. There are endless combinations to create the perfect fly from fresh to saltwater. Like almost anything Enrico Puglisi touches, this brush will turn any fly you apply it to into gold. Bass patterns, saltwater patterns, and even trout patterns all can benefit from the addition of Enrico Puglisi Invader Brush. Â
Uses: Salmon and steelhead patterns, crab patterns, bass patterns, saltwater patterns.
Comparisons: Similar to EP Craft Fur Brush, but with the addition of UV Thunderstruck Sparkle, and natural hairs instead of Craft fur. This creates a slightly different motion. As is the case with most EP synthetics, there’s really nothing that moves like them.
Example flies: EP Crab, EP Salmon Streamer, EP Intruder Fly
