    • Marketing Manager - We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who are seeking a position in the outdoors industry and who thrive in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial work environment. The Marketing Manager position is demanding and provides an opportunity to learn about fly tackle from the inside‐out and learn about content marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and more.

      A strong applicant is an exceptional writer and has the ability to manage and tackle multiple projects simultaneously and independently. It is critical that the individual has extreme attention to detail and is excited and interested in fly fishing gear.

    • Customer Service Representative - Want to work with the best customers in the world? We are seeking a full-time customer service representative for our Portland, Maine location. The CSR position is demanding and provides an opportunity to learn about the outdoor industry and as well as develop business and retail skills.
    • Warehouse / Retail Associate - We are seeking one or more Part-Time or Full-Time Warehouse/ Retail Associates to help with our growing business. Job duties include:

      - Order Selecting/ Picking
      - Scanning of selected items
      - Packing
      - Shipping
      - Inventory count and other warehousing duties as required
      - Customer Checkout

      Job Requirements:

    • Director of Travel - Are you an entrepreneur who wants to travel the world and fly fish? This is the job for you. We are actively building our travel portfolio and are looking for an individual to lead our travel program. You must have excellent sales and customer service skills. This position is offered on a commission-only basis with very competitive commissions.


Internships:

    • Writing/Content Internship - We are seeking one exceptionally talented individual to join our marketing team. The position is open to college juniors, seniors, and recent grads. The intern will work directly with our Marketing team and senior leaders to create top-notch content.

    • Summer Editing Internship - Create content from beginning to end: write, direct, produce, film and work with our editing team. Successful candidates will be self-starters with a strong cinematography portfolio, and must be able to create and direct meaningful content with a minimal amount of oversight from our team. A demonstrated interest in fishing and/or the outdoors a plus, but not required.
