Simms G3 Guide Boot Reviews

Best boots a man can get Review by Yigit

I ve had these boots for a while and it is the best I have ever tried. I was considering the G4 s but Boa seems less durable to me and I decided to buy these G3 boots and it is a very durable boot. Also I walked many miles and didn't feel any thing wrong with it. Nice cushion and fits well. I have ordered the boots from the simms sizing chart and it works. I recommend these for any angler to have a boot worth the money.

I've had these boots now for over two years and can't speak highly enough of them. I've worn them for all day week long back country trips in the Smoky Mountains, 2 mile hikes to mountain ponds in Vermont and everything in between and have never had an issue! If you're looking for great ankle support, tremendous grip in all situations and all day comfort these are likely the boot for you. For most accurate fit I'm a European 39 and wear the G3 size 8.
Still the best Review by Jason

There are a lot of choices these days when it comes to wading boots. But, for the money the Simms G3 Guide Boot is still the best on the market. The other brands don't match up to the comfort and durability of these boots. If your fishing the slippery rocks of Pacific Northwest rivers, I'd recommend installing studs for additional traction. Also, unless all your doing is wet wading, buy these boots one size bigger (example: I wear a size 11 tennis shoe, but I need a size 12 G3 Guide Boot).

I've had these boots for about 8 months now and they are awesome. I don't ever feel like I am slipping or unstable, and I don't have studs in them. My cousin I fish with a lot has the same boots and he doesn't feel the need for studs either. I normally wear a 10.5 or 11, and I bought a size 12 in these. They are a little roomy but that's good for me in the winter when I wear nice thick socks. I love the fit of these boots. They have a really nice heel cup that makes them fit really well. They still look new, and I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants a great product that will last.
