Rio Powerflex Wire Bite Tippet Reviews
Must have for Pike Review by David
I use this wire bite tippet when I go canoeing and fishing in Minnesota's Boundary Waters. Primarily, I fish for bass but in a lot of those wilderness lakes, pike have never seen a fly and they will hit whatever is in front of them. I've had pike rip apart my poppers but the wire tippet stayed true. I've yet to lose a fly to any toothy predator. Trust me, the feeling of losing a fly sucks. Make the small investment and you'll be worry free.

Any concerns you have about it's castability are unfounded as well. It's very light and the power from your casting stroke will transfer perfectly to your line and fly.
