Redington Delta Reels

The Redington Delta 7/8 fly reel is the ultimate budget reel for catching big species. With its strong design and extra smooth performance, the reel offers many features found in more expensive models. If you're looking for an affordable reel that can handle tough fishing conditions, the Redington Delta 7/8 fly reel is definitely worth considering.

The Redington Delta 7/8 is a highly versatile model that's suitable for a range of angling environments. It's available with line weights from 5 to 12 and employs a Cork/Teflon disc drag system. Redington Delta 7/8 fly reels are also designed with a one way clutch bearing drag system for a smooth and rapid drag engagement.

The large arbor design allows for a fast retrieve, and the aluminum construction increases the durability of the reel. The aluminum reel seat is anodized, making it hard-wearing and suitable for saltwater conditions. A spool release mechanism is also included.

Other features of the Redington Delta fly reel include a reduced weight compared to previous models and an easy to grip reel knob. The knob is also larger than earlier models, making it easy to find without looking down. The dial of the reel is also bigger than before, which allows for more precise and intuitive adjustments.

The Redington Delta 7/8 fly reel is capable of handling both saltwater and freshwater conditions, although it doesn't have a sealed drag system. The reel comes with a Nylon storage case and is covered by Redington's lifetime warranty.
