1. Where’s my stuff?
The best way to get updates on your order is by creating an account. That way you’ll always be able to log in and see what the status is of your order. Once your order has shipped you’ll be able to track it via the tracking number provided.
2. When will my order arrive?
To determine when you will receive your order, all you need to is add the shipping time to the ship date (usually found on the product page).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number which will provide more updated information about the arrival time of your order.
3. Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
In order to bring you the best selection at the lowest prices, Trident sources its products from many, many sources. As such, we cannot guarantee ship dates for your order. We do, however guarantee that your order will arrive within the quoted timeframe. If your order ships late, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to ensure that it arrives on time.

4. I never got an e-mail confirming my order.
Unfortunately, some of our e-mails get blocked by spam filters. Please check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find your order confirmation, we recommend contacting us at email@example.com to confirm that your order was received.
5. How much does shipping cost to….
We offer FREE economy shipping to all locations in the United States and FREE international shipping on some orders. For an expedited shipping quote, or a quote to a country outside the US, we recommend using the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” tool in the shopping cart.
